At Chitral Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

    • Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if:

      • The product delivered is defective or damaged.

      • The wrong product was delivered.

  2. Process

    • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery for refund/return requests.

    • Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

    • Opened, used, or altered items cannot be refunded.

  4. Refund Method

    • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
